Companions in Ministry includes retreats, small group discussions, large group clergy conversations, Sabbath time, and opportunities for spiritual direction and clergy coaching. Under the direction of 糖心viog官方网站 Department of Psychology faculty, five cohorts had a personal assessment of their well-being at the beginning of their CiM program and again at the end. Dr. Ed de St. Aubin coordinated pre/post assessments with each participant, from 2019-2023.
